How long is each program?
Programs run various lengths of time, depending on the program. Typically, Summer Study Abroad last between 2-5 weeks.

Does ERAU offer any internal scholarships for Study Abroad?
Yes, ERAU Worldwide offers a scholarship for Worldwide Students to participate in a Summer Study Abroad. Contact WW Student Affairs Office at wwstuaff@erau.edu for more details on applying.

How does Study Abroad affect my GPA?
Study Abroad does not have any impact on GPA. Students are only issued a Pass or Not Pass grade for participating in a Summer Study Abroad program.

Will there be opportunities for exploring outside of class time?
Field trips are included in all the programs. Students will have free time. Many programs have a three-day weekend.

What are the requirements for participating in a Study Abroad program?
Student must be in sophomore standing with at least a 2.5 cumulative grade point average (cGPA). All student must have a valid passport and/or Visa.  If these requirements are not met, please contact the WW Student Affairs Office for guidance/options.

Do I need to speak the language of the visiting country(s)?
No, all courses are taught in English by Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University Faculty

As a Worldwide student, can I only participate in Daytona Beach programs?
No, Worldwide students can participate in any Faculty Led Summer program offered through the Prescott or Daytona Beach campus.
