Introduction
ENSEA is a Graduate School of Electrical Engineering, Computer Science & Telecommunications, located in the suburbs of Paris, in the university town of Cergy-Pontoise, 40 minutes by train, from Paris.
It was founded in 1952, has more than 6000 alumni, a student population of 800, with 90 tenured professors, 180 visiting professors from industry & partner institutions, 2 research groups (Information Processing and System Research Lab- Electronics, Control of Systems Lab), 38 student associations, and 70 foreign partner institutions across the world.

Additional Application Materials
Students nominated by IIE to ENSEA must also submit an application form (GE3/ENSEA), program of intended studies, resume, cover letter, 1 letter of recommendation & official transcripts.
Students will receive their acceptance packet at the end of May for Fall and at the end of October for Spring.
Housing
ENSEA does not have on-campus housing, but off-campus residences are close by, within walking distance. There are more than 14 student residences in Cergy. ENSEA provides assistance for housing to all international students thanks to the agreement signed with the Regional Student Facilities Center which manages most student residences.
